Music is the art of combining vocal and instrumental sounds in harmonious or expressive ways. Some say it is the unspoken language that speaks to your heart, the indescribable element that transcends your spirit and the rhythm that moves your body.  This powerful, inexplicable art has left many with unanswered questions. How could something so simple by nature could have such power, grace and strength to spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically move us? Is it instilled in our beings to help us recognize God in His many forms?

-At some point in our lives Music has subdued our capacity as humans to react in ways surprisingly interesting! Our interpretations of a chord, a line of words, a melody, immortalizes that instinct feeling, mood or even ambiance experienced at that point in time. Our love, experiences, dreams and hopes are all relatively related aspects of our beings that cannot always be expressed or admitted. Music however has the ability to share with others what we can’t truly express directly on our own!  It is this regard music has developed its profound nature and is given the right to act as a tool to minister, motivate and help us to strive for the unlimited possibilities that we know we can achieve!

Music took us on a journey where GOD wanted us to travel to see the power of this gift in us as plain humans.  Though it is recognized as a beautiful talent, it can also create in us a negativity where our selflessness and humble states become lost and misunderstood! For some, writing and playing a song can be natural, for others it’s proven to be a task, an experience and a lesson!  How often as humans do we use our spiritual eyes to see what God is trying to do or what lessons he is teaching us? When do we recognize that music is a product of God given to us to use to worship him!  We live not on our own accord but by his will!  When God calls us and we answer, is it our belief that our journey is to be richly blessed with all necessities that will allow us to fulfill our purpose? If we consider finding a balance in this world, the undeniable fact is, our paths will be blessed, difficult but blessed!  The key to finding that balance is faith, trust and understanding!

When you sing or play a song you love, isn’t it a joyful expression of passion and admiration that one possesses!  That particular song can like nothing else fill a void that surpasses all understanding, compelling you to admit that, this is what you want to say or feel! Your mind is draped with imagery and life, your soul is lifted from your dreg darkness, your emotions swoon with joy and your body is enchanted by moves of deep expressions! Is your love for God greater than that? Is that the way you praise God?  Is that how you sing? Is that your offering to God as a thankful gesture for the gift of melody and sound? If your passion for God is as much as your love for music then who can deter your path to minister and motivate God’s children!

It’s when we misused our talents; the negative aspects of our being play an important role in misleading our paths and judgments! If you focus on what music can do to fulfill your purpose for God and adjust your talents to suit then you will have a Positive Revolution! The Master sent the Son Of Man for us to Follow him and if we look through the Eyes of a Child we will see the Gift of Life as Miracles rain down from Heaven to show us that the Creator exists as long as we Trust Him. Our Faith will lead us When we Pray, for this is our Battle Cry!
